Did you know that if we can switch to gratitude, we can crowd out the fear and worry that often is spinning through our heads all day?  The two do not play well together! Fear takes hold because our brains are looking for risk and looking to avoid change.  In this episode I'm giving you three ways to practice gratitude on a regular basis and start to minimize the angst. 
We're also talking about how gratitude - when emotion is attached - is a key way that you can start attracting more of what you want.  MORE GOOD is better.

We talked about handwriting thank you notes versus emailing them, challenges with knowing what to say and when to send a note, and the fact that expressing gratitude to others is ALWAYS a good thing.

Let’s talk about the evidence - does walking really matter when it comes to your fitness level, heart health, clothing size, muscle tone? OMG, yes!
Strengthening the immune system, improving both energy and sleep, supporting cognition and memory, and improving your mood - all these benefits are fantastic along with fat burning and cardiovascular health.
If you can get outside, the mood boost can be even bigger.  Doing good for your body does not have to feel like torture!
Don't let excuses stop you.  Walk even a little bit regularly; even better, find some friends and go together. Then smile at people as you go.
